- First, go to the SSL/TLS Certificates section in cPanel and then to the Requests section:

2. Please fill in the fields below with:
The domain name for which you want a certificate
City
State
Country
Company name (In this case, I entered "GH" for Globehosting because you did not specify a company name in your customer account)

3. Scroll down to the "Description" field and enter a description (it can be anything), then click "Generate":

4. The generated CSR code will appear on the next page; select this code and copy it (Ctrl+C or right-click >> Copy):

5. Log in to your Globehosting account on the certificate page, then click Configure:

6. Paste the CSR code you copied earlier into the Certificate Signing Request box. If the code is valid, the Primary Domain field will automatically be populated with the domain name:

7. Scroll down a bit and then click Continue:

8. The next step is to choose a validation method. The simplest validation methods are via email or DNS. In this case, I will choose DNS:

9. Leave the page open for now without clicking "Continue," and go to the Zone Editor section in cPanel:

10. Click on "+ CNAME Record," and a window will appear where you need to enter the name and value of the CNAME record:

11. Copy and paste the text below the "Record" field and paste it into the "Name" field in the cPanel window. Do the same for "Value" and paste the text into the "CNAME" field:

PLEASE NOTE the period at the end of the record name. It is placed there intentionally and must be included. The period must be placed at the end after the domain name. Then click on "Add a CNAME Record"
12. Return to the Globehosting account window where you left off selecting the validation method, and click on "Continue":

13. The following window will appear; click on "Back to Client Area"

If everything went well, the certificate will soon appear as "Active" (it may remain in "Processing" or "Awaiting client validation" for a short while). Refresh the page, and eventually it will look like this:

14. Copy the code from the SSL Certificate box, then go to cPanel >> SSL/TLS Certificates, navigate to the Installation section, and scroll down the page:

15. Enter the certificate code in the "Certificate" (CRT) field, and then click "Autofill by Certificate" (the "Private Key" (KEY) and "Certificate Authority Bundle" (CABUNDLE) fields will be filled in automatically):

16. Scroll down and click "Install Certificate" (click "OK" in the confirmation window that appears):

Done. The certificate is now installed.
