My website is not working!

Before opening a support ticket regarding this topic, please check the following: 

  1. Can you access other sites?
  2. Check if your IP has been blocked by the active firewall on the server by accessing https://webmail.domain.tld (replace domain.tld with the actual name of your domain) If it does not load in the browser then please contact support and provide them with your public IP - https://whatismyipaddress.com/
  3. Have your domain's nameservers changed recently? (please allow 24-72 hours for the necessary update).
  4. Does our status page display information related to any problem?
    Please also check the announcements related to your server by accessing https://billing.globehosting.com/serverstatus.php

    If there is no mention of the problem in the announcements section, please open a support ticket in our helpdesk and we will take care of your problem.
