Enable the SSL/TLS option in FTP clients.

The Linux cPanel and Plesk servers offer the FTP service (port 21) in a secure way. This allows you to transfer data between your computer and the server in complete safety. To ensure the operation of the service you will need to activate the SSL/TLS option in your FTP program as follows:

Total Commander:
1) Download the OpenSSL archive from the address: http://bit.ly/1NVHBPy
2) Extract the files ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll from the archive and copy them to the directory where Total Commander is installed (C:\totalcmd)
3) Check the SSL/TLS option in the FTP account settings

4) Activate the "Use passive mode for transfers" option

Dreamweaver CS5
Site->select the site->Edit->Servers->select the server ->Edit -> Connect using-> SFTP
Domeni.ro:65222 is added to the host
After this, send an email to tehnic@globehosting.com with the IP from which you want to access and a request to add acceptance to the firewall

WinSCP
For File Protocol use FTP and TLS Explicit Encryption. Activate the Passive Mode option from the Connection menu.

Note: If your FTP client is not listed in this section, look in its documentation for how to activate this option. It is usually enough if you use the form: ftpes://domeniulmeu.ro or ftpes://IP, or TLS Explicit, or TLS auth for the connection address/host. Connection port is 21!
