How can I upgrade / downgrade?

You can upgrade your current service directly from your customer dashboard. Access the desired service and then click on Upgrade/Downgrade.

Next you will see a list of available upgrade options. Select a higher package you want to upgrade to and follow the displayed steps to complete the order.


Downgrading your current service can only be done currently by opening a support ticket from your customer account.
