In order to see check your ticket history please follow these steps:

Navigate to http://support.globehosting.com/login

Click on the link “Forgot password?”

In the next window, type in your email address used when creating your GlobeHosting account then click “Submit”. You will receive an email titled “Set a new CentralNic | Customer Success password”, containing your password reset link. Please check your Inbox as well as the Spam/Junk folders if needed

Check your email and click on the “Set a new password” link. In the new window opened, type in your new password then click on “Change password”

Navigate to http://support.globehosting.com/login and login using your email address and the newly created password

To view your ticket history click on “My activities” displayed in the right hand side corner, under your username. A new window will open where your most recent tickets will be displayed
Please note: resetting this password will not change your GlobeHosting account password.
